The origin of all Japanese Black Cattle is in Tajima region in Hyogo Prefecture. It is said that an ancestor of Tajima cattle (the origin of Kobe beef), Matsuzaka beef, and all Japanese Black Cattle are Tajima beef. We only buy directly from Ueda farm. Ueda farm produces champion cows many times. Please enjoy Tajima beef with local food. We provide Tajima beef dishes at reasonable price.

We had lunch, but the meat was really delicious and satisfying.However, on the word-of-mouth website, lunch was said to be "~ 2000 yen", but there was only lunch over 2000 yen ...Considering cospa from expectation until going, it is evaluated as normal ...

The beef stew was very voluminous and the meat was thick and it was good.The demiglace sauce was also delicious.The daily meat lunch was also delicious.I got a coupon at SOZORO, a tourist information center in front of the station, so I was able to serve a free dessert after a meal.

Falcon Mizutani Thank you for your inquiry. We have received your questions, but we do not provide shabu-shabu or sukiyaki at lunchtime. Served only for dinner. The amount is prepared in the course of appetizer, sukiyaki or shabu-shabu, rice, red soup stock, pickles, dessert and 10500 yen plus tax. After November 6th, it may be busy and crowded, so we recommend that you make a reservation for dinner. For lunch time, we do not accept reservations during the busy season from November to March, consecutive holidays, and weekends and holidays. Please note.
